What have you learned about love?

I have learned that love is, above all, incredibly easy. If you are with someone that continually pushes your buttons, makes you angry, or that it just feels like it is a struggle, this is not the "perfect person" for you. This is not unconditional love - this is being together for otehr reasons entirely.
Love should flow - beautifully and easily. You should feel totally, unconditionally loved by the one that you are with, and they should feel just as loved by you.
In order to find this kind of love, you must first decide exactly who you really want - the qualities that you truly desire. Then, you must work on yourself to believe that you deserve this love. Finally, you must open to it - to allowing it to flow to you with ease.
Never settle. Don't believe that love is a struggle, or that arguing is normal. I have been with my husband for 10 years now, and we have never had a fight. We completely, totally, and entirely adore each other for exactly who we are, and we support each other in the ways that we decide to change.
Believe that this is possible for you, too. Everyone deserves this experience of love - and everyone can have it.

Awesome advice. I have been with my husband 10 years too and completely honoring each other and it is a constant creative effort which we both love. Even when there are ups and downs and there will be some, having a relationship of best friends too, admiration is key to overcoming anything and brings about more greatness. I am so passionate about helping people to create relationships like this, because honestly, there is just nothing like the feeling of total support and love that comes from this kind of experience.
I see so many people believing that love is hard and that fighting is normal, and I just know that this is illusion - it is really an indication that things are not so great and that each person is trying to change the other.
That said, I know that there are lots of people that seem to thrive on having a lot of stress and drama in their relationships, so, in that case, they are likely happy with the situation, which is fine, too!
I just know that the experience of true love is something that, once felt, is so freeing and so wonderful that I want to help everyone live this way!!
