When awareness is brought to an emotion, power is brought to your life.

The truth of the matter is that none of it is the truth of the matter.

And, once you have managed to get yourself in the same bad relationship once again, you likely throw your hands up in despair, crying out to the Source, "How did I manage to get myself in this situation again? What have I done to deserve this?"

You now know that you haven't done anything to deserve the streak of bad relationships that plague your life. Rather, you keep choosing the same relationships because that is what is programmed into your mind as what you deserve and are expecting; it is simply a preset that is tuning you into the same experiences over and over. Because of this, it does not matter who the individual is physically; it is more important to view each person in your life as a specific energetic frequency that you repeatedly tune into due to your preset expectations. Since you always choose the energy that matches yours, for each difficult relationship in your life, ask yourself, "What negative beliefs do I now hold that is tuning me into this type of experience?" Answer that question and you will know the key to getting rid of that pattern from your life for good.
